Champagne Brut Tradition
A wine with a beautiful pale gold color and very fine bubbles.
You discover a rather fresh nose with fruity hints of vine peach, clementine, strawberry and hazelnut.
The mouth feel is very fruity with a lightness. The very smooth effervescence brings a real silky softness to this batch. This effervescence, paired up with a present fruitiness and a well-balanced sweetness, makes this an ideal wine to share for pre-dinner drinks.
Goes perfectly with some appetizers and various cooked pork meats.
